Her Name is Ghadir and she's from Douma

Her Name is Ghadir, She's from Douma is a project that was developed during the Exploded Stories elective part the Information Experience Design program at the Royal College of Art.

This project originally started as a series of illustrated portraits for the Save Syrian School project based off different voice recordings they took. I decided to take one story further and turn it into an immersive experience.

I imagined a public intervention that would be placed outside the embassies of the different countries involved in Syria as I could not imagine this piece making much sense in a white gallery.
